As the Head of Commercial, Jack is responsible for strategic planning, overseeing overall operations, staff training, generating new business opportunities, managing the delivery of client claims processes, and building external partnerships. His primary focus is on driving company growth through effective business development and ensuring the seamless operation of the team and business.
Outside of work, Jack is dedicated to training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys spending quality time with his partner and their Golden Retriever, Ivar.
