Rob Eves is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Perfect Support Services (PSS), where he plays a pivotal role in scheme compliance and educating the development of R&D across UK industries. Before venturing into Research & Development, Rob dedicated the first decade of his career to serving as a Police Officer. He then transitioned to one of the largest R&D tax credit providers, gaining valuable experience before founding PSS with his co-director.
Rob's vision for PSS was to create a more client-centric and compliance-led approach to running a successful R&D business. His extensive experience as a qualified project manager in the Mechanical & Electrical industry, along with his specialisation in working with clients in engineering, has been instrumental in the success of PSS.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with his family, walking his dogs, and indulging in his passion for golf. He is always prepared for a game, keeping his clubs in the back of his car during client visits, just in case!
